Something not working, or a feature you wish existed? Write in — every message is read by the developer.
Entirely on your device. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a TaerStudio server — invoices, clients, products and company details never leave your iPhone or iPad. The practical consequence: deleting the app deletes your data, and it is not recoverable. Export a backup first if you plan to remove or replace the app.
Open Account → Settings → Data and export. JSON keeps everything and can be imported back into the app; CSV is meant for spreadsheets and accounting software. Save the file somewhere durable — Files, iCloud Drive, or email it to yourself.
Open Account → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account, not to the device, so a restore is also what you need after switching phones.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
"Apple Mail" only appears if a mail account is set up in the system Mail app; Gmail and Outlook only appear if those apps are installed. If none are available, use the share button in the top-right of the invoice — it exports the same PDF to Files, Messages, WhatsApp or anything else.
Reminders need two things: the toggle in Account → Settings → Payment reminders, and notification permission in Settings app → InvoiceMaker → Notifications. A reminder is only scheduled for an invoice that has a due date and is not fully paid yet.
Both, and independently. Account → Settings → Language changes the app; Default PDF language sets what new documents use, and each individual invoice can override it from its own editor. Twelve languages are supported.
Yes, with Pro. Add businesses in Account, then switch the active one from the header on the Home screen. Invoices, receivables and recurring schedules are scoped to the active business; clients and products are shared across all of them.
TaerStudio apps keep your content on your device. The apps do use Google AdMob to show ads to non-paying users, and Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand crashes and general usage — these are described in full in each app's privacy policy.
You can turn off personalised advertising at any time from Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where required by law, InvoiceMaker also offers Account → Settings → Ad privacy settings to change your advertising consent.
