Something not working, or a feature you wish existed? Write in โ every message is read by the developer.
Entirely on your device. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server โ invoices, clients, products and company details never leave your iPhone or iPad. The practical consequence: deleting the app deletes your data, and it is not recoverable. Export a backup first if you plan to remove or replace the app.
Open Settings โ Backup & restore and export. JSON keeps everything and can be imported back into the app; CSV is meant for spreadsheets and accounting software. You can export all of your data or just one business. Save the file somewhere durable โ Files, iCloud Drive, or email it to yourself.
Apple Mail only appears if a mail account is set up in the system Mail app, and Gmail and Outlook only appear if those apps are installed. All three send the invoice with the PDF attached โ Gmail and Outlook through the system share sheet, because their compose links cannot carry a file on their own. If no mail app is available, the share button exports the same PDF to Files, Messages, WhatsApp or anywhere else.
Reminders need two things: the toggle in Settings โ Payment reminders, and notification permission for InvoiceMaker in the iOS Settings app. A reminder fires at 9 a.m. on the due date, and only for an invoice that still has a balance and whose due date is in the future. An invoice that is already overdue is not re-notified โ it is shown in Expected Payments instead.
Both, and independently. Settings โ Language changes the app; PDF language sets what new documents use, and each individual invoice can override it from its own editor. Twelve languages are supported.
Yes, with Pro. Add businesses in the account area, then switch the active one. Invoices, receivables and recurring schedules belong to the active business; clients and products are shared across all of them.
Everything else โ unlimited invoices, clients and products, PDF export, payment tracking, reminders and backups โ is free.
Open Settings โ Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases belong to the Apple Account rather than to the device, so a restore is also what you need after switching phones.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app: Settings app โ your name โ Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your business records stay on your device. Ads (AdMob) and crash and usage statistics (Firebase) are the only things that talk to a server, and neither ever receives your invoices or clients โ the full details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can turn off personalised advertising at any time from Settings app โ Privacy & Security โ Tracking. Where local law requires a consent form, the app also offers Settings โ Ad privacy settings to change your advertising consent.
