What it does
- Invoices and estimates. Quote first, convert the accepted estimate into an invoice without retyping it.
- Payments, not just documents. Partial payments, running balances and an Expected Payments view of what is due.
- Payment reminders. A notification on the morning an invoice falls due.
- Recurring invoices. Set a schedule once and let the same invoice go out on it.
- PDF templates. Several layouts and colour palettes, with your logo and signature.
- Your data, exportable. JSON for a full backup you can import again, CSV for your accountant.
- 12 languages, and the PDF can be in a different one from the app.
- Nothing leaves your device. There is no account and no server holding your records.
